Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 22, 2026
This policy explains what personal information AI Smart Agents collects through aismartagents.com and our services, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors and customers in the United States and Canada.
1. Who we are
AI Smart Agents is operated by AiSmartAgents.com, a British Columbia, Canada company, [mailing address]. You can contact us at [contact email].
2. Privacy officer
Our person responsible for the protection of personal information is [privacy officer name or title], reachable at [privacy email]. Contact them with any question, request or complaint about your personal information.
3. What we collect
| Where | What we collect |

| Optional walkthrough form (thank-you page) | Company, team size, phone number, and whether you agreed to calls and texts. |
| Bottleneck Call booking or call request | Name, email, company, phone number, preferred times, and anything you tell us about your business. |

| Founding Producers training sign-up | Name, email, optional phone number, and your email and call/text consent choices. |
| Every form | A record of each consent you give: the date and time, your IP address, the page, and the exact wording you agreed to. We also record the campaign that brought you to the site (UTM tags), if any. |
| Visiting the site | IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and the site you came from. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them. |
4. Why we use it
- To deliver the AI Money Pit report and any other resource you ask for.
- To send follow-up emails about using AI in sales and marketing. In Canada we only send these if you tick the email box; in the US you can opt out at any time.
- To call or text you, only if you gave us a phone number and ticked the call/text box, or asked us to contact you.
- To respond to your questions, book and hold calls, and deliver the services you buy.
- To understand how the site is used (analytics), only with your consent.
- To measure and target our advertising on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn, only if you accept marketing cookies.
- To protect our forms from spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information. If you accept marketing cookies, Meta and LinkedIn receive information about your visit so we can measure and target ads. California law calls this “sharing”, and you can opt out at any time with the “Your Privacy Choices” link in the footer.
5. Consent and withdrawing it
You can withdraw consent at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP to any text, or email our privacy officer. We act on opt-outs promptly and always within 10 business days. Withdrawing consent doesn’t affect communications we need to send to deliver a service you’ve bought.
6. Service providers
We share personal information only with providers who help us run the business, under contracts that limit how they can use it:
- Hosting: DigitalOcean, which hosts this website and the server where form submissions are stored.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC), only with your consent.
- Advertising: Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel) and LinkedIn (Insight Tag), only with your consent to marketing cookies.
- Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.), which checks that forms are submitted by people.
- Scheduling: Cal.com, Inc., which handles call bookings.
- Payments: Stripe, which processes card payments for paid services. We never see or store your full card number.
- AI providers used to deliver client work: depending on the system we build, Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google (Gemini), Microsoft (Copilot / Azure OpenAI), xAI (Grok), TypeSafe AI (Jev), or open-source models we host. See section 11 for how client data is handled.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
7. Where your information is stored
Our providers may store or process personal information in the United States and other countries. When your information is outside your province, state or country, it may be accessible to courts and authorities there under local law.
8. How long we keep it
We keep lead information for 24 months after your last interaction with us, then delete it. We keep client information for the length of our contract plus 7 years, for legal and accounting purposes. Consent records are kept as long as we hold your contact information, plus the period we may need them as proof.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, withdraw consent, or opt out of the sale or sharing of your information. We don’t sell it, and we only share it for cross-context advertising if you accept marketing cookies. You can opt out with the “Your Privacy Choices” link in the footer, and we treat a Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out. Contact our privacy officer to make a request; we may need to verify your identity first. You also have the right to complain to your privacy regulator.
10. Cookies
We use three categories, which you control through the cookie banner or the “Cookie settings” link in the footer:
- Necessary: remembers your cookie choice and protects forms from spam. Always on.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4. Off until you accept.
- Marketing: Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag, used to measure and target our ads. Off until you accept, and always off if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
11. Client data in AI builds
When we build an AI system for a client, that client’s documents and knowledge base are kept separate from every other client’s and are never reused for anyone else. We process client data only on business or API tiers whose terms exclude training models on it.
12. Children
This site and our services are not directed at people under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
13. Changes to this policy
We’ll update the “Last updated” date when this policy changes, and tell customers directly about material changes.
